That makes this author 100 times more interesting than had the author that just gives us historical facts.. After 7 weeks of being a good I lost 3lbs. I’ve done some training and plan on augmenting what I’m doing with what I’ve learned in this book. The scale didn't move for me though until I made some changes to my portions that were holding me back. Minor Slimming
Chapter 9. The Seeker illustration was just plain great.
My personal opinion--and isn't that what reviews are, really--if this book gets out to the non-hardcore fans, it could bring a whole new audience to Lee's work, the people who wouldn't normally go for "Header" or "The Dritiphilist".
