All societies need to justify themselves, and it is hard to think of any possible way of justifying British imperial society without some racial content. In fact, if Lord Edward had had the opportunity to tone down the book, it would probably have reflected less accurately some awkward truths in this area, and might well have been less valuable by that fact. Lord Edward certainly makes fun of Egyptians, but his humour is just as much at the expense of expatriate British, both residents and visitors, and of many others. This book doesn't particularly focus on one specific area. Be warned: this plan goes far beyond diet alone. However, some fans may be compelled to skip over Mason's many details about stage and sound equipment.
"Inside Out" gets the story right, and coming from its most neutral member, it is an unbiased, honest and witty account of the history of Pink Floyd. He goes to the usual sources one would consider in such a quest, heading down to the university to talk to a philosophy professor. You brought it totally to life. The author should be ashamed of herself for giving such horrible advice to the unsuspecting novice runners who will purchase this as an actual training guide!
With a training schedule peppered with such sage tips as: Masking your pain with over the counter medication - "Yes, Advil is a major food group" and Over training - "If it hurts to get out of bed in the morning, then you know you are training correctly" coupled with delightful adolescent remarks lik
