It was the perfect book to start with. Stephen R. Great book!. It is over 300 pages, well indexed, with great step-by-step instructions. Hyman's program to handle all situations.
Side note: I did a sleep study three months ago and was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea. (I would have given 5 stars had there been more ph! otos included.). It is basically a visual book, handsomely designed by Mo Lebowitz, with hundreds of color and black and white illustrations. The author is able to summarize the trial without getting bogged down in the mass of testimony that was presented. Love this book!!!!. Thank you!. I am able to read it, but I would prefer it to be a tad larger. Washington DC
